I meant lots of ppl that come in my school ask about this. * also i forgot to add, thereseme makes a very good dry shampoo. Its in a can like hairspray and comes out like hairspray but of course its not sticky and stuff. And it smells really good. They also make a mouse type dry shampoo.

Wash your face twice a day then use a toner or astrengant, let that dry and use a mousturizer. The wash obviously cleanses the face but it also disturbes the skins natural ph so to restore that ph (which helps fight bacteria on the skin that causes pimples) you need to use the toner. Also the moisturizer may seem unnecessary if your skin is already oily but if your skin is not getting the moisture it needs, your body tells your oil producing skin cells to work overtime and produce more, therefore causing oily skin. So giving your skin proper moisture will actually cause your skin to have to produce less oils making your skin not as oily. Now that goes for your hair too. If you shampoo it all the time your taking away natural oils and your body is telling your skin to produce more. Try shampooing your hair every other day and use a dry shampoo in between washes to keep your style refreshed and your hair looking clean. This will al take a week or 2 for you to notice a difference as your body/skin is adjusting. Lots of ppl in my school (i am a licensed cosmetologist (hair stylist) and an instructor). Hope this helps girls!

I've found the same thing, and I am now 10 weeks. Washing my face twice a day and washing my hair every other day seems to help a little
