placenta scare!!

Anyone here during pregnacy have complications with placenta? I'm 18 weeks today and 4 weeks ago found out i had a little tear  on my placenta on my upper left side. And spotting a little. Since then no spotting or pain! I just hope and pray there are no more complications till at least it's safe for the baby to survive out here in the world! My doctor dosen't seem to concern but I'am.

I had a tear in 3 spots when I was 9 weeks. The baby will be fine, just take it easy no heavy lifting, and drink a lot of water.

Its called a subchorionic hematoma! I had a tear at 5-7 weeks! I am now 25+4 with a healthy baby boy!

My dr said he believes mine has lifted just a tiny bit in one of the corners. He wasn't worried at all and said it will last the difference. That was about 5wks ago, 23+6wks now and just a little ripping pain when I stand up. Wishing you lots of luck!
