please answer im.really worried

so.ive been stressed out so bad for the past few weeks because my boyfriend is in jail and.its just been so much drama trying to grt bail money but anyways ive been doing ALOT of running around lately i have to go to court cases i have to meet up with people to borrow money and most of the time they dont even show up so i ran around for nothing i had to catch the train this morning so i had to legit jog to go pick up the rest of the money and then jog back to make the train so my question is wheneber i start walking fast or jogging i get reallyyyy bad cramps and i jst push through them and keep going could i cause my placenta to detach from the wall or is this cramping a sign hat ive already done that? im 18 almost 19 weeks along really need so insight im very worried and already stressed

I would say it hasnt detatched if that was the case your pregnancy would b over!!!

But you should talk to your doctor about it. You will prob be advised to stop running lol.
Maybe get one of those belly harness things to support your stomach if you are doing alot of bouncing up and down stuff.

While it is possible its unlikely. You need to take it easy. Its probably just your uterus moving and stretching.
