applesauce was something I was able to handle when I had morning sickness. Also try lemon water.

Ginger Ale and pretzels worked for me!

The rule is to eat whatever you can keep down. If you find something that works, then eat it until the morning sickness passes. If that means PB&J every day for every meal, then do it!

I've heard Ginger tea (basically anything with ginger in it) is helpful. I didn't like the taste of it personally but you could definitely try it.

For the morning sickness I have all day, I just recently bought Preggie Pop Drops.  They are a sour candy that helps with morning sickness.  When I suck on one before I eat, I can actually eat "real food".  I've been drinking ginger ale too and eating saltines.  I went 3 days only eating those crackers so I hate them now. LOL  I've bought a ton of different fruit and even jello.  You just have to try different foods and drinks to see what you can handle.  I also bought ginger tea and peppermint tea, which also has helped.  If you can get some sour candies to suck on, that would really help.  Also, get whatever you can that has ginger!  ;)

Is it just food aversion or is it morning sickness too?

Why don't you talk to your doctor about putting you on Zofran. This was lifesaver for me. I could not keep anything down either and I was loosing a lot of weight. After a few days on this I started to feel more "normal" and I was able to eat again.

Believe me you're not the only one going through this.  Don't freak out, it's totally normal!  If you can drink, get some Ensure or some other type of nutritional milk drink.  I don't have an appetite either, so I make sure I take my prenatal vitamins everyday.  I've only been able to eat a few chips and a cookie today.  I made a sandwich and took a bite but I couldn't eat anymore.  Some days are worse than others.  There are so many things I used to be able to drink and eat but now I can't even think of them and they make me sick.  Best of luck to you, hopefully you'll find what works best for you!

First, don't freak! It's really going to be okay. The most worrisome thing at this point is developing a vitamin deficiency yourself. Your baby will draw all your extra stores of vitamins and minerals to ensure they grow. So long as you can get your prenatal down and drink plenty of water, I wouldn't worry about it.

There does come a time when it can become worrisome. That is if you cannot keep *anything* down and you rapidly lose weight.

Try to graze throughout the day, whenever you can. Doesn't matter how little it is (make sure it's at least nutritious). I find that high protein foods are what will definitely make you feel better the fastest. So a half PB&J with a glass of milk is a great choice.
