please answer!

I can't keep down my Pre- Natal pills so today I bought Flintstones Gummies Complete with more vitamin D does any one know if there safe to take before I take them?

Just take two a day and you will be good and also take the iron pill as well

They are I took them with my second child plus Drs recommend them if you can't hold the pills down.

They have all vitamins,folic acid ,biotin, pantothenic,iodine, and zinc in them my other pregnancies I didn't take no vitamins Because they made me so sick but I'm trying to this time so that I can get more energy

Just make sure to read how many an adult should take I know a lot of vitamins say two for an adult.

You mainly need folic acid.
They have special gummies with folic acid. Those are best.
But the ones you have are safe, but you will still lack what you need

They are perfectly fine. Make sure u get all Ur vitamins and things. Plus they taste way better!

I never took them my self  but I have had many friends just take them flinstone gummies in their place!
