Allergic Reaction Gone

I've been allergic to cinnamon my whole life , it's always made me break out into rashes all over my body. I accidentally ate some cinnamon while pregnant and nothing happens! Is it because I'm pregnant?

Could just be that it was artifical flavoring and not real cinnamon
