post partum belly wrap!
im planning on purchasing a belly wrap for after i have ariana. has anyone ever used one of these and had results? what brand/type do you recommend?
i don't think there was a difference- i didn't wear one with my first baby. bf'ing helped everything shrink quickly.
did it help your stomach go back to normal? thats the main reason i'm looking into one. :)
i had a c-sec and requested an abdominal binder afterwards. mine was from the hospial but my ob said other brands would probably be ok too. i felt more confident in moving while wearing it- i didn't worry that every cough or laugh would split me open. felt nice on the flabby tummy too.
