how far along am i?

So my doctor never told me how far along I am, in 48 hours my hcg level went from 291-658. Anyone have a guess?

It will be confirmed at an ultrasound as some women conceive early or later and then the time it takes for the egg to implant varies as well. I thought I was 7+6 at my first ultrasound but ended up being 5+6

Funny, Im currently 4weeks, my last period was Feb 10th we thought I was 6 weeks but my ultrasound said differnt.

Mines was Feb 18th and I'm 5 weeks due November 25 and I'm pretty sure your 4 weeks and due December 3rd
