i am 23 years old . I have been trying to have a baby for the last years now. I have missed my period sine jue2,2009. When i take a test it comes back neg. Ihave taking prenantal multi DHA 200mg for pregnant and nursing mom. I dont know is it the right one for me.When i first took it i couldnt see out of my eyes for a week or two.What can i take to help me to get pregnant? In that it had 800mg of folic acid.
Prenatal vitamins do not help you conceive. They merely provide your body with vitamins and nutrients that you may not be getting through food.
I would suggest you see your doctor. Not having had a period for that long makes me think that something is going on to prevent you from conceiving.

You say it caused vision problems?? That is not good....this is a problem for your doctor...have you seen them and described your problems? After a year of actively trying to conceive you may be eligible to see a fertility expert...Vitamins won't help you get pregnant, they'll just help you stay healthy while you're pregnant and nursing.
