Am I going into labor?

So im new to this lol. Im 38 wks 1d pregnant & all of a sudden ive got nausea. I havent felt nauseas since my first trimester & I also have a major headache that comes & goes throughout the week. I dont know if I should be worried. & of course, my Dr's office is closed because of the holiday. Any help?

Well I didnt check my blood pressure because I started to feel better . But last night, I know this is tmi but, I got diarrhea and nausea again . My body is going all nuts on me out of nowhere :/

If the nausea and headache get to bad go have your blood pressure checked!!! That happened to me with my first and i ended up having sudden onset of hypertension n i had her the next day!!!

Not necessarily, but it could be a start so if you start to feel any cramps or consistent contractions you better go in just in case. If no other symptoms come then probably not. Hang in there & good luck!
