I had an RNY gastric bypass 2 years ago and have lost 130lbs. I just found out I am pregnant finally after trying for so long. Is my pregnancy going to be harder due to the surgery?

Thanks so much, and good luck to you! The bypass was the best decision that I have ever made in my life and I've been trying to get pregnant for over a year now and it wasn't happening, so now that its finally happened I am ECSTATIC!!!! lol.

Hello, i had gastric bypass 3 months ago and i'm pregnant now. 2 years is a good time to be pregnant after surgery. I'm very scared about my one. Pregnancy after a healthy weightloss is more good than with obesity. You have lower risk now. So be happy and enjoy the pregnancy.
