pregnancy and arestin antibiotics...thru the gums

I’m around 2 weeks pregnant...I just found out yesterday. last week on 12/6/11 I went to the dentist because my gums were sensitive...he did local anestysia and did the antibiotics arestin..it stays in you for 7 days...I read different comments about it and the fetus developer...some good and some bad. can you please help me understand?
I’m very nervous and upset…I’m 41 years old and its being hard for me to try to get pregnant.
