Could also do it on a lake shore. I live in a lake and plan to do some similar stuff there

I did some at the beach. One I wrote my sons name in the sand and layed behind it and propped myself on my arms so my belly was visible

Don't know when you're due but for Halloween,  you can paint your tummy like a pumpkin. For Christmas,  you can wrap your belly with ribbon and tie it like a present.
