You don't actually need symptoms for a pregnancy to be viable. Some women get them, some don't. It's the same how many women get symptoms but aren't pregnant. There's still plenty of time for them to start if they will. Just relax and enjoy it for now. :)
A lot of times in second pregnancies you don't get sore breasts until close to the end because your body recognizes that its too early. I had a m/c too, and this is my second pregnancy. I'm close to 30 weeks and my breasts are only starting to get slightly sore now that colostrum has come in.
I haven't really had much for stmptoms at all with this pregnancy either and only had morning sickness for a week between 6-7 weeks.
Don't worry, be happy, lol. You're not going to feel all the symptoms, every pregnancy is different and you may not get sore breasts at all or you may start to have sore breasts in the next couple weeks. With my son I didn't start getting symptoms until around 5 weeks, and with this baby (23 weeks) I haven't had many symptoms at all. I have to remind myself I'm pregnant sometimes because I just don't feel like I am unless she's kicking. CONGRATS on your pregnancy, and enjoy the time you have feeling good!
