pregnancy question

Hi, hope you are all blessed today.  I have a couple of questions, maybe some of you ladies can help me out.

first of all, i had an u/s today.  7 weeks 1 day.  Saw a heartbeat (146 per minute).  YEAH.  Ok, here are my questions:

1.  They saw 2 cysts on my right ovary, both aprox 1 1/2 cm.  Could this be a problem?  I had a 14 cm solid ovarian tumor removed last year along with my left ovary, so I'm a little scared about that.
2.  Since they saw 2 cysts, does that mean I released 2 eggs?
3.  it was suspected that I might be carying twins, but u/s today showed only 1.  Reasons suspected:  Twins run very heavily on the Maternal side of my family with at least 1 set in every single generation.  (maternal side only).  Also, was on Clomid  AND just have a "FEELING".
4.  during the u/s....the tech said there was some hemoraging in the uterus or around the uterus?  i didn't really understand what she was saying.  she said it wasn't bleeding currently.  Does anyone have any idea what that means?

thank you so much for your time!!!!   LOVE YOU LADIES!!!!  ***BABY DUST***

1) ovarian cysts are pretty common during the early stages of pregnancy and in the vast majority of cases are benign.  Cysts usually "go away" on after a few weeks but if the dont, the doctor might consider options but only if the cysts are large (usually 5-6 cm) or cause you pain

2) its possible, but there are other reasons for multiple cysts too

3) it would be unlikely, but not impossible

4) not sure about this one.  When is your next doctors appointment?  This would be something to bring up then
