what medicine can pregnant women take for sore throat?

Hi, well there's no medecine for sore throat, and especially for pregnant women, i had the same problem and it was very bad, just try to drink lemon with honey mixed together in a cup of warm water, it doesnt taste that good but it will help ease the pain, acan,lso gargle with salt and warm water as often as u can. hope u feel better

Luden's throat lozenges, Nyquil, dayquil, all Tylenol cold products. Regular Tylenol. Hot tea with honey helps a lot and so does using a humidifier. Though OB's do suggest not taking ANY over the counter meds besides benadryl in the first trimeter. So if you are less than 13 weeks along you should get a recommendation from your OB if you can take anything. Feel better!

Any Tylenol cold products are fine. I was also told Nyquil and Dayquil are ok.
