Drink a lot of water and stop taking or eating anything that could be dangerous to an unborn baby, just in case. Are you trying to get Pregnant?
You will be able to know if you are with time. In the meanwhile, drink a lot of water and eat healthy. Time is going to tell you what is going on. Are you taking new vitamins or supplements, sometimes they change the color of urine.
I would suggest buying one of the pregnancy tests, they are fairly accurate, if it shows you are pregnant, then I would see a gynecologist.
Not everyone experiences all those signs or even for that matter any signs during early pregnancy so just because You are not experiencing cravings etc does not rule out pregnancy. I have only had cravings once and that was at 23 weeks, every individual is different.
I suggest seeing a doctor and having a blood test done as it is most accurate and discussing all this with him/her
