I was on the pill and have not taken it for about three months. Last month I had a lot of pregnancy symptoms ie: nausea, tiredness, dizziness and nervousness. I got my period a week late and then went to the gyno for an unrelated ultrasound. He found a cyst on my right ovary and when he was talking to me about the results he told me about how sometimes when you are on the pill you can release an egg and that is when you hear about people getting pregnant on the pill. (he doesn't know I've been lax with taking it) I'm not sure why he went into that discussion though I have had a lot of pregnancy symptoms before and since. I am constantly nauseous can sleep for days very moody nervous inside light cramps in my lower abdomen constantly lower back aches and constant headaches. None of this is normal for the onset of my period. I have taken a couple hpt which are negative. I'm not due to get af for a week. Can I be pregnant? Oh and I've had a lot of unprotected sex with my bf and he cums in me every time.

The first day of my last period was December 26, 2010. I had unprotected sex on January 11, , 17, and 24. I have not started my period for this month yet. I have cramped, been real nauseous, a weird odor and just felt bad for a week now but no period. Am I considered late now, should I try another test? I took two tests and they were both negative. I am 30 years old.

Hi!
I hope by now you've done a pregnancy test to sort things out.  It sounds to me like it was just your period.  Remember December is a long month, so it will seem to come early in the following month when in fact, it might be right on time.
Good luck!
