pregnant and confused
I am 4-5 weeks pregnant acording to my ultrasound but according to my last period I am 6weeks-6days. I have been bleeding and experiencing pain and also passed some funky tissue. I have had two miscarriages so they put me on progesterone gel. They say I will miscarry but my hcg levels have risen but not to their liking. what does this mean?
Could be a threatened miscarriage. That happened to me at 7 wks and i was put on bedrest. Good luck!
It could mean a miscarriage coming, unfortunately. HCG should be doubling every 24-48 hours in early pregnancy, and if it's not it's usually a sign of a miscarriage coming, and bleeding and passing tissue is also a sign of a miscarriage. Some women do bleed in early pregnancy, and some have slow rising hcg levels, so I would be preparing for the worst and hoping for the best, I'll be thinking of you hun!!
