pregnant and sick
Mother's I woke up very sick nose stuffy sore throat it hurts really bad I also have a slight headache what should I do ??? I just hate feeling like this :(
Also gargling with sea salt and warmwater will help extract bacteria causing a sore throat.
I got a sinus infection early pregnancy, it was awful, but I sucked it up and lived with it. Drink LOTS of fluids, warm baths, and again, LOTS of fluids. Acetaminophen will help alleviate slight fevers and pain.
