How much coffee can I actually drink? Yesterday I did half the amount of grinds I usuallg take with the same amount if water so it was really watered down (and gross)

My Doctor Told Me You Can Have One Cup Of Coffee A Day Or 2 Cans Of Soda Unless It's Mountain Dew Then You Can Only Have one

One or two cups is fine. Nothing more. Not all that good to have a caffine intake of over 200mg a day.
