You're supposed to take them the whole pregnancy but honestly I never have with any of my kids and this is my third baby.my Dr is OK with it because my diet is good. But you should for yourself since baby is taking all your vitamins and nutrients

Try taking them at night. Also you can try the gummies but idk if they're the same as regular prenatal vitamins.
