I take the vitafusion prenatal gummies. They are good and i never got sick off them, like i hear some prenatals do.

Folic acid & if u don't have enugh fish & sun light u can take vitamin D as well
U'r doc will know if u need anything else..
For me i take folic acide, Vitamin D, Iron tablets"i'm very anemic" , untidepressing"not sur abut spil",& bowl medication...for me all of those due to my bad health, i was bad teenager lol i wasnt eating enough bc i wanted to keep my body sixy and slim, that was bad idea haha,,

However,
U will have blood check in u'r first app with the doc, and he/she will give u whatever u need..:)
