Is it okay not to take them ? I am currently taking them but I absolutely hate them ? Will it hurt the baby if I just stop ?

I had issues with mine at the beginning too!
I'd feel like vomiting and sometimes I actually would.

I started to take them at night about 20-30 minutes before I go to sleep and they work perfectly fine now.
I would say try that because your body and baby really need and benefit from them :)

Baby needs the prenatals,as much as we do they need the extra vitamins. ESP folic acid. Take something two Flintstones if you must. Or try nature made liquid gels they are great I love them. I a day no chewing they are liquid gels so much easier on tummy and easier to digest.

It wont hurt the baby but it may hurt you, because ypur body needs all the extra vitamins That are in it, otherwise the baby will start taking it all from you and thats not good. The folic acid is something the baby really needs aswell.
