prenatal vitamins
I was just wondering what are a good brand of prenatal vitamins to take?
I get a prescription from my OB. My insurance pays for them so they are free. Without insurance they are only $10. I forget what they are called, but they have a DHA supplement, iron, and ginger with other natural things for morning sickness. Ask your doctor about some (:
I take the same ones as mommyofhayden, they are the only ones that havent made me sick as well. They do not have iron in them and since i have low iron i have to take a supplement.
I take the chewable gummies from walmart. They are the only ones that i have not gotten sick on. The brand name is called vitafusion
