prenatal vitamins

I am 11 weeks pregnant and I have a feeling the my nausea  n vomiting  is cuz of thr vitamins  .. when ever I don't drink them I am okay n when I drink them I get all day morning sickness .. I tryed taking them at night,day,afternoon , etc etc n still the same.. what should I do

Thanks ladies.. I also didn't take them with my first pregnancy  because of that but I did end up with anemia after I gave birth n I don't want that to happen again.. I will try the gummies hope they work

Im 34weeks and havent took mine since my 2nd trimester because they made me sick, but my pregnancy has been going perfect

Definitely eat when you take them! That helps a lot! You can always try a different brand just ask your doctor to switch you to something else.

yes that is what happened to me i could not keep them down i told my dr and she changed them to a different kind and i was ok i couldn't take all that throwing up

Try gummies. :) I was able to keep the gummies down better in the beginning. Now, I can only take the hard pills without them coming back up.
