I take vitamins everyday, i took them throughout my first pregnancy and now 8 weeks pregnant again and taking them daily, i feel they contribute as i suffer in these early stages with nausea and only pick at bits of food.
It depends on the brand gnc has a really good prenatal with dha to promote brain development. You take 3 pills a day and its really gentle on your system. I take those plus an iron supplement from gnc with or with out food and haven't had any tummy issues.
I stopped taking them they made me really sick..there good for you if you are low on iron but for someone whose not they can make you really sick
i try taking them everyday... in the begining i would furget alot but now im better at it... i take them at night before bed so i dnt get sick or anything...
I have vitamins and always forget to take them. i try to eat fruit and veg but to be honest i havent changed my eating habits and still eat sweet foods, chocolate etc. the midwife said my bump is a perfect size
I will be honest, i didn't take them with my first pregnancy or this one. I am anemic in this pregnancy, but I looked at my prenatals, and they don't have iron in them anyway.
I don't take them. Haven't taken them since I was 3 months. They made me extremely sick no matter how I took them but I have never been able to handle a multivitamin. Doc said as long as I eat healthy , I won't have any problems and I haven't. I'm 35 weeks and my baby is measuring perfectly and I've had a complication free pregnancy so far. My mother wasn't able to take prenatal vitamins either and me and my sister are both fine
I take mine everyday, it's mostly important for the folic acid, and in the first 12 weeks, as everything is developing. I take them anyway, just to make sure baby is getting everything she needs. To me, it's just a simple pill to swallow every day, easy enough!
I take them everyday. Just saw my doc today and my baby is healthy! :)
I try an take mine every day. But some times i forget. I didnt take them with my first an she was small but i m sure u cant blame vitamins for that can you?
