Ive just found out today I'm pregnant I'm beyond excited.. I was wondering what prenatals are recommended and if they will cause nausea.
I wasn't taking any until two days ago because they made me sick. I got the gummy ones from walmart

I throw them up if I take them by thrmselves so wat I discovered was that u take them with ure food. I heard a lot of girls take them before bedtime. But u should be taking them for u n babys health
I'm taking the vitafusion gummy ones and I take them first thing in the morning even on an empty stomach and I haven't had any issues with nausea!
I take Swiss pregnancy vitamins. They're good but they don't cure morning sickness. Blackmores makes a morning sickness pill, loads of brands do but they're separate to a prenatal.
