prenatal vitamins

I heard they make your hair grow. How much do help anyone see any difference in their hair since taking them?

I honestly don't. But I do know many women who it did. I think it depends on your hair type and condition before taking them. I already had pretty healthy hair that grows really fast, so maybe I don't notice it as much.

They help my hair grow. It already grew pretty well but I've noticed it growing faster. Also my nails are stronger where they would grow before but now don't break off as easily.

It's really the pregnancy. The estrogen prevents hair loss. It make it healthier though.
