prenatal vitamins?
should you keep taking your prenatal vitamins after you give birth?? or switch a different kind?
I did take my prenatals for a while but then switched to a good multi vitamin for women. (I nursed a LONG time.)
My box of vitamins say for pregnancy and breast feeding so I would say continue if choosing to breast feed.
