prenatal vitamins?

I went to my doc appt two weeks ago and she gave me some vitamins but idk how to take them like before or after i eat i havent try them either, i heard the pills they give you make you sick so im wondering what pills should i take?

I take the gummies as well. Prenatals can make u sick doesnt matter what time of day u take them. I take mine in the morning with breakfast. Used to take them at night but I got sick

I get mine from Walmart. I take gummies, two once a day. There are ones that are Raspberry and Lemonade flavor 90 count for 10dollars. Another kind for 8dollars, different gummy flavors, 90count. -the second ones are the bombdotcom. They smell and taste just like gummies! I found the first ones to be disgusting and hard to take, due to flavor is all. I take mine in the mornings, or afternoons.

If you take it right before bed it's a lot less likely it'll make you sick.  It's important to be taking them everyday as your baby needs the folic acid for healthy brain growth.

I hear most prenatals potentially make you sick. If u read the label it should tell u whether to take with food or not. Most prenatals are all the same. I take mine with some Apple sauce after dinner usually. Take them once a day.
