Not to make light of your situation, but invest in some slip on shoes. Soon you won't be able to bend over to get them on and will either be asking someone to help you or going barefoot. Just being careful what you're doing, not moving too fast when turning...don't try sitting up to fast, take it slow when you go to sit down...just being careful in general. OH! Do NOT hold in sneezes or coughs. If you need to sneeze let it OUT! You could try putting your hand(s) on your abdomen when you do have to sneeze or cough, kind of to support the muscles, but other than that like I said just being careful.
I would have to agree that this is round ligament pain too. I have just finished my 33rd week and just started getting that pain too. It is quite unpleasant I have to admit. Hang in there.
that's what I was hoping it was, it's rough though because I can't even put my shoes on anymore without wanting to cry sometimes. Is there anything to make it not so bad on me?
Sounds like round ligament pain to me, it's common in pregnancy. Try being a little more cautious when bending or moving. You should start bending at the knee instead of bending at the waist.
