question for ladies that have boys

OK so I'm sure this ones a boy i go the 11th for the gender ultrasound... anyways how do you clean a lil boys "winky  " lol also i will NOT be having him circumsized,  if that matters lol

My nephew is circumsized. And if I'm remembering correctly the dr told us to pull his skin down to clean... is that because he was circumsized?  An I've heard you don't pull the skin back on a uncircumsized boy because it naturally goes back.... i this true?
My husbands not circumsized and his sisters 2 boys aren't either an haven't had problems.

My nephew is 4 (granted he also has a heart condition so his immune system is compromised) and he used to get infections all the time. But he was also not bathed regularly by his mother and he wasn't potty trained at the time. Maybe that has something to do with it.

I didnt circumsize my son and your not supposed to pull the foreskin back. Lil boys will play with it abd it naturally cleans it themaelves. Give them naked time so they have the.chance. My son is 3 and never had an infection. We wont circumsize our secobd lil boy either. What can i say boys never grow out of playing with it so u dont have to worry about many infections. I bathe my son every other day unless its hot out then ill bathe him more often.

I had my son circumsized after birth best choice I did for him its simple to clean & dont have to worryto much about him ggetting infections. . But u simply pull back & clean I didnt feel comfortable doing that.. good luck with your choice :)

I have read mixed things some people say pull the skin back other say not to, so I'm confused lol

I agree with the above. Its simple really. Pull skin back and wipe away dirty stuff.
Having him 'cut' is a personal choice only you can make. Good luck on the ultrasound :-)

Well i had to have my son circumsized he had something wrng with his winky but you just have to pull the skin back a lil bit and clean and make sure its not got gunk under the skin unfortune for my son i was able to pull his back and clean and he had issues with his winky swellin so as soon as that happen the doc made me circumsized him and now he doesnt have issues i know its not that much help but good luck
