question

If I have some KFC macaroni salad with it hurt my baby. I'm really tempted to have it. Just what to hear some opinions. Thanks in advance!

It's all safe to eat. My diet hasnt changed since I got pregnant.

You can eat both.
You cant eat uncured deli meat
No raw fish in sushi
No unpasteurized cheeses
Certain herbs and herbal teas, check with your doctor whats safe and what's not

O never heard that n my doctor never told me that ig its just your personal preference but I eat whatever I want longs ik it's fresh lbvs specially if I'm craving it cuz them cravings a cause a serious attitude if I never get it lol

U can eat colesaw lol never heard that either...I actually eat colesaw more since I'm pregnant cant stand it wen i wasnt pregnant n my baby girl is perfectly healthy measuring a week ahead
