Is it bad that i still havent taken any prenatal vitamins and im 18 weeks only bcs i really dont know anything about the baby yet i haven gone to the doctor until oct 1 and i wanna wait till i know its safe
have some women here havent taken any and thier baby is fine?

I couldn't take them at all. Made me quite sick. Was advised folic acid and plenty of fresh foods/ good diet and now im 25 weeks vitamin d. Hope this helps

Is important you take folic acid and Iron for you and your baby, folic acid is what helps with the development of your little one

My doctor told me not to take mine tell he says it's okay, just make sure you eat enough food rich in vitamins and nutriants.
