Okay so im drinking red rasberry leaf tea, it doesnt come in a tea bag its all in a envelope package thing. how do i know if im making it strong enough when i make it? i let it steep for 10-15 minutes but it still doesnt taste like a whole lot.

Also it comes in pill form that is more cost effective than the tea. 100 capsules for 8 bucks. You can find it at the vitamin shoppe.

It doesn't have very strong flavor. If you're steeping it 10-15 min that should be long enough
