rash on breast

I have a rash on my right breast just about 3 fingers under the nipple and it is about 4 fingers long with 2 clogged pores in it. It is sore but not warm to the touch. has any one else had this problem.

That's good!  Hopfully that's it and it'll go away, did he mention maybe using like cortizone 10 cream?  Or vaseline or something?

My doctor thinks it is an infection in my duct like when you are breast feeding but i am only pregnant so he is thinking that is what it is but doesn't know for sure becuase he has never seen this in a pregnant women so i am on a form of penacilan(sp) that is safe during pregnancy and I am to take for 3 full days 4 times a day and if it goes away great if not go back.

Yeah that is what is on them!  I was reading about it on the news!  NASTY!  But it's causing, rashes, hives, skin deformation, and so much more.  It's gross!




Honeybear56 definately ask about it at your appointment!  It can get worse because of that stuff!  =)

Hay, im not sure what that is but i have this rash right in the middle of my boobs. I think that its from my bra that i just bought cause they are get bigger. But im not sure i was going to ask my doctor tomorrow, so i would ask your doctor when you went the next time or just call ad explain it to he/r. Well i hope that it goes away.

Ewww is that what was in them? That is horrible... I have just heard a little bit about it and havent researched it so I was not sure what was causing the break outs lol gross

oh cause those bras have fermaldahide(sp)   on them.  The thing you find in a funeral home...UGH!!!  I forgot about that!  hehe

Hmmmm Just thought of something..... Read another post about this... What kind of Bra are you wearing? If its a Victorias Secret Bra's Then it could definitely be an allergic reaction its been all over the news! This is what the post said

Hey Guys have you seen all the problems on the Allergy site caused by Victoria's Secret Bras , ton of gals have got bad rashes from them ,there is going to be a class action suit against them I heard , so if you have a rash check your Bra, Sorry to all the Men ,its Females only this time unless you Gal has a Rash.

ohh ic..soo sorry to hear about your loss! at least you made it to 3 months!! I would go get that rash checked out though! You may need to get a special cream to make it go away!

You can still get a yeast infection there, just so you know. get it checked by your doctor though, because it can be other things, that can be a sign of a serious condition while pregnant.

note that I am pregnant and not breast feeding. i am 3 months pregnant.

It could be a yeast infection, it happens sometimes.  I'd call your doctor to get it checked and get meds!
