rash!!! please help

Ok ladies so im 38+4 and I noticed this rash come upon my face about three days ago. Befor I got pregnant I never had acne but now I have it on my chest and face. But this rash is.only on my chin it looks like little red bumps but its freaking me out. Any.of you had this.or.no what I.should.do it looks aa if its getting worse and spreading.a.lil

Thank you. My next appointment isnt t next Tuesday.so.ima go get the lotion. I dont wanna have a rash all over my face being I plan on recording my princess arrival

I noticed i had a rash like thing on my chin and by my lips. I thought At first it was an allergic reaction but my Dr told me it was pregnancy eczema. She recommended eucerine eczema relief. Its an over the counter lotion. After a week of using it my eczema almost vanished.
Ask your Dr it could be pregnancy-related like mine
