really worried due to spotting even after almost 3 month of miscarriage

hi doctor i m really worried now its almost 3 month when i have my medical managment but i still have spotting . i visited mY GP she told me that i have infection due to this i have spotting she gave me antibiotic i had taken these antibiotic for 1 week but they dont work still i have spotting. its really embrassing for me whenever i pass my urine after with i wipe up i have blood .i m so worried i dont know what is going on with me plzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would order an ultrasound.  I would want to be absolutely certain that there were no "retained products of conception" ( bits of the sac ).
I'm glad that your doctor gave you the antibiotics, and I would have done the same.
If I did an ultrasound and everything looked good, I would probably try one or two months of birth control pills to regulate your cycle and get the bleeding to stop.  Sometimes it is even necessary to use 2-3 pills per day for a few days.  I wouldn't do this until I had the ultrasound though--that is the most important next step! Oh, and also, a urinalysis would be helpful too.
