Hey I work at walmart and I stock groceries & unload the grocery truck ... so upward of 50lbs a day and everything is ok with me.. I get aches and pains but my doc. said as long as there is no cramping everything is fine.. Hun you can still work just be a little more careful when you are lifting and if it hurts stop!!! Im 31 weeks and I plan on working up until 36 or 27 weeks.

first off, you job needs to know that your pregnant, and they cannot fire you because of it, thats descrimination. If anything tell them you just found out if you have not told them.
Second, you shouldnt really be lifting things that heavy, to my knowledge anyways. It can cause a lot of issues. Your stomach muscles are changing and you could pull something, or even cause the placenta to tear off your uterine wall. Im 16 weeks and refuse to pick anything up that i feel is to heavy. I will atleast try, but if I feel its to much I have someone else do it.

I had actually pulled a uterine muscles by lifting my oldest son while pregnant with my 2nd child, and that was the worse pain ever. So just know your limits, and let your work know. Tell them you will try, but if you feel at all uncomfortable with it you will ask for assistance.

Dont ever be scared to ask for help.

wishing you a very happy and pleasant pregnancy
