Lower abdominal (slightly above my right leg/below my belly button. Only on my right side) pain how to releave it and sleep comfortably with it.

I would go straight to the hospital sounds like  your appendix. If left it will just get worse snd coild hatm uour baby. Im speaking as I know how it feels also a good friend of mynr lost a baby due to appendicitis becsuse she didn't catch it soon enough .... x

Usually lower abdominal pain on ur rt side is ur appendix. Look up signs and symptoms of appendicitis online to make sure. Is it sharp pains?

So you don't think it could be a first trimester pregnancy pain. I know I'm pregnant I've already been to the doctor I just figured it was my body adjusting.

That might b ur appendix. U might want to go to hosp to get it cked out.
