Is it ok to drink a red bull drink from a espresso stand or not safe? Is it just because the caffeine or other ingredients?
The taurine is what isn't safe. I love red bulls so much but I try to stay away from the during pregnancy
I know drinking some pop or coffee is okay but I wouldn't recommend any kind of energy drink. Those are horrrrible for you and especially for baby.
It's not safe not just the caffeine but other ingredients, it has such a strong smell because of those ingredients.
