is something wrong?

I am 26 weeks with my first! I woke up this morning feeling achy with light cramping in my lower back and on my left side. I have not felt my baby girl move around at all today and she is usually very active. I have not had any spotting but I'm starting to get very concerned! HELP!!! has this happened to anyone else?  Is this normal? What should I do!?

Thank you for the advice! The main reason I was concerned is because I do know her sleep cycles but have not felt her move since last night! I will try drinking something cold when I get home!! Thank you (:

Baby's have lazy days, and cramping is normal because your uterus us forever growing and stretching making room for baby . Drink some cold water or orange juice anything cold or sugary really and lay down in a quiet place and relax. You should feel her atleast move to adjust herself. You can always call your ob and tell them your concerns. But not only do they have lazy days they have sleep cycles. I've already figured out my daughters awake times so I don't expect much movement during those times.
