I get little energy spurts. I'm in my 2nd trimester. But other than that, I stay pretty worn out but I keep myself moving and when I stop, I'm out. I was also diagnosed with Narcolepsy. So it doesn't help with anything.
I'm 27 weeks and still always tired. I can sleep 12 hrs and still be tired. It's frustrating
I do prenatal yoga, there are a ton of videos online and also I do a lot of squats because they will help you out during labor. Also strong abs will really help you out also, but there are only a few an exercises that are okay during pregnancy. If someone gives you a hard time about starting exercise just ignore them because exercise is great for you and baby even if you didn't exercise before pregnancy. Just don't overdue yourself.
I think I will try the exercise thing I heard it really helps its jusy getting motivated to start doing it lol. Hope all you ladies start getting your energy back!
I was tired from like 3 weeks pregnant until 22 weeks and now I'm 26 weeks and tired again. Good luck. I barely make it to work
It sounds weird but if you wake up and do some exercises it helps with the whole no energy thing. This is my second pregnancy and I feel way more energetic this pregnancy and I believe IG is due to exercise. The days I don't exercise I feel super tired all day
I'm almost 22 weeks and when this trimester started, i was still drained. It's gotten better the last few weeks but I'm not "energized"
I was tired my shole pregnancy but these last few weeks from like week 35 ive had so much energy i cant sit still lol!!
I thought the same too. I actually had more energy in my first trimester then my second. Ihit my second and third and I could sleep all day if I let myself. My bodys just not use to all this weight and energy the baby taking from me.lol.
I'm 23weeks and still exhausted.
Oh gosh I couldnt imagine having to go to work. I got lucky enough to be a stay at home wife.
Yeah I'm 14weeks and I'm so drained as well
I legit dread going to work everyday! My morning sickness is still hanging around too!
