I have 1:/ so I'm saving it for a time when ill really need it you know. But I'm going to make some of those pads you freeze with witch hazel and aloe and hopefully that helps to..

If its bothering u that much take a half of a Lortab. It won't put u to sleep but it will help relax your pelvic muscles. In 2hours take a Motrin that will help if you have any swelling. If u can some witch hazel pads and keep them in the fridge. I've used this remedy 4xs and it works. Also continue using the dermoplast but use it first before the pads because it causes a warm feeling down there and the witch hazel pads will cool it down. If u can clean the area good with the squirt bottle and sit naked with a fan hitting that area. Trust me it sounds weird but it works:) best of luck to you and your new baby
