I had my first miscarriage November 23 2012 @ 16 weeks my second may 28 2013 at about 7 weeks and I am now pregnant for the 3rd time & I am 8 weeks. I know exactly how you feel. If you have to post on here everyday 4 support, we are all here & your not the only one with those fears. I wish you & your baby nothing but the best.

I am 4 weeks today and terrified. My husband and I have been trying for 3 years. This is my very first pregnancy and I am terrified of experiencing a MC. I believe the thought alone is causing all of my stress. Good luck ladies. I wish you all the best!

I had a miscarriage in feb at 8 weeks pregnant. Baby lost its heartbeat and I had it naturally. I then found out I was pregnant beginning of june so about three months later. I was terrified the whole time thinking I would have another miscarriage. But my little boy has been growing so well and is super healthy. I'm 18 weeks btw. Although I can't garentee that you won't miscarry again but I can say the odds are very slim. Just relax and take your prenatals are try not to worry!! Good luck hun and enjoy your pregnancy :)
I am six weeks and I also had a miscarriage the first time. I feel that this time I will go on to have a
Healthy pregnancy and baby...I try not to worry because its all in Gods hands and I'll be praying for u.
Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you that your chances of having a healthy pregnancy this time is much higher than the chance of another miscarriage. It is always very nerve wracking for moms who have had a miscarriage the first time around. Often I will check a quantitative beta hcg level and then repeat it in 48 hours. If the level is doubling it is a good sign that your pregnancy is healthy. I will then do an early ultrasound as well.
I suspect that your midwife will do that for you too.
Good luck!
Dr B
Since you've only had one there's no reason to think there's anything wrong to put you at a higher risk than anyone else so your chances are still 20-25%.
