membrane sweep???

When do you usually get a membrane sweep?

I had my show about 2 hours after. And a ton of pressure almost immediately that is still goin on. Having some contractions but still irregular :(

So it only felt like a little more than getting checked for dilation like I said. Not bad at all. I wouldn't even say it was uncomfortable.

I asked for mine. Some will offer it. You do have to be dilated atleast a little so they can get in there. Not sure how much though. And from what I've heard it just feels like a little more than getting checked for dilation. Getting mine done in a hour and a half and ill let you know how it went

I wanna know as well....do u have to ask for a membrane sweep or does ur dr have to tell u that u need one?? I know its supposed to help...and do u have to be dilated a certain amount???? Does it hurt???

I'm getting one today. I'm 39 weeks. I think they will start doing them at 38 weeks
