After waiting 41 weeks and 3 says, little Moira LaRae was born on Sept 2nd at 2:49pm. She weighed in at 7lbs 3oz, strawberry blond, blue eyes and 20inches long! Our delivery was pretty scary, she was face up and was in decel along with having miconium in the water so she was delivered witch forceps once I was compleatly dilated. I am a little torn up amd her headed has a few little bruises and scrapes, but we are both doing great! We found out Her cord was only 4inches long ao there was no weigh i could have delivered her with out aome ki.d of help.I was induced the night before she was born and was lin labor for about 18hours. i had an epidural and litterally dis not feel a single thing from the time i got it until about an hour after she was born. Not contrqctions, not a single push, it was awesome. I cant imagine how my hubby and i survived with out her!
Sounds painful :o but I guess if it had to be done then you have to go through the pain and enjoy the good things that come from it :) and congrats again :)

Wasn't the epidural just amazing? I loved my experience with it! When & if we want another baby, epi all the way haha!

They cut met on the inside of my vagina, horizontally. I am deffinatly sore. But honestly if I just keep up on my ibuprophing and use and ice pack, its not so bad. It was pretty amazing I'm not in worse shape because of how fast everything happened!
Congratulations, My sister had delivered like that but she had no cuts on her only bubba. Where did the forceps cut you??
Congratulations lv, sounds scary but at least it all turned out fine and you and lil one are doing okay. Im due in 13 days can't wait. Well done :D xx
