I'd say try eating a lot less mac because processed food isn't good for you at all. There isn't any kind if nutrition in it. Sugar isnt hood for you either maybe eat fruit that are high in sugar and make homemade mac with whole wheat pasta and real cheese and all of that instead of the box and add some chicken and lots of veggies.

Yeah try to eat fruit or something along with it. I was definitely like this around the same time all I wanted was Mac n cheese but for me I could never keep it down. If it's either that or you don't eat then eat it. But don't have too much sugar, the noodle being starch turn into sugar in your system and all of that can lead to gestational diabetes.

Throw some peas and or tuna in your mac and cheese. Use fruits as a replacement for some sugary stuff. You will probably find something else to LOVE soon enough. ..

I went through a stage where it seemed all I ate was spaghetti Os because I couldn't eat anything else without getting sick. I still took my prenatals and made sure I was drinking enough water. It's better then eating nothing at this point but try to branch of when the sickness wears off. You both need other nutrients. For me it only lasted in the beginning and now I'm able to eat mostly what is good for us.

I would watch it...cause u need nutrients from other foods because ur supplying them for both u and ur baby. Plus its not healthy period. I mean every once in a while or whatever is fine or even just try to add some meats and veggies and fruits...which are sugary so maybe they will be good
