sick please help!!

I woke up with really bad cough, throat pain, nd fever I dont have my health insurance card yet nd my health insurance isn't effective till April 1
I really need to take something bc I feel horrible can anyone please tell mi what's safe to take im currently 20 weeks pregnant nd I haven't hone to the doctor for ten weeks bc of the problems with getting my health insurance
